How do I make an appointment?
EVIASPA makes setting your appointment easy. Just call us at 281-288-6464, or book online anytime.

What if I haven’t been here before?
If this is your first visit to EVIASPA Day Spa & Salon and you’ve reserved time for a massage, facial or float, please click here to download the appropriate paperwork necessary for your service, fill it out completely and bring it with you. If you’re unable to do this, please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete paperwork.

What do I do when I arrive?
We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to give you time to check in, complete paperwork and change if necessary, then just relax from the hustle and bustle of your busy day with a complimentary beverage of your choice.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as cash and personal checks. Gift certificates are available online or at our front desk. If using a gift certificate, please advise us when booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our team, we ask that you guarantee your spa, salon or float reservation with a major credit card (MC, Visa, American Express, Discover). If you’re running late, just call to let us know and we’ll do our best to hold your appointment. Please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests of individual appointments, 48 hours’ notice for spa packages consisting of up to 3 services and 72 hours’ notice for packages consisting of 4 or more services. Late cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost, and no call no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. This policy also applies to pre-paid services and gift certificates. Cancellation/rescheduling requests may be submitted via email or voicemail if you are unable to reach us by phone. Arrival 15 minutes or more after your appointment time without notification may be considered as a “no show” and the cancellation fee may apply.
